This essential Chandra Tal jeep safari is an exploration of the rugged mountain passes and the azure waters of Chandra Tal (The Lake of the Moon) in Spiti. The Trans-Himalayan highlands is one of the most stunning, graphic and rugged regions on the globe. A well preserved unique high altitude ecosystem and an isolation that transcends the barriers of time leaves the traveller spell bound by the magic of the Spitian Landscape.
This trip is intended for photographers at all levels of expertise who want to enhance their photography skills in a way you never thought possible, in terms of composition, photography techniques, etc. There will be basic photography presentations, demonstrations as well as critique of your work. And all this while you interact with fellow photographers in one of the most stunning, graphic and |
rugged regions on the planet. For experienced photographers this is an opportunity to spend more time taking stunning photographs and not hunting for locations and bother with the logistics of organising and managing a trip.
This trip is a perfect blend of the myriad aspects of Kullu and trans-Himalayan ecology and geology along with a mix of soft adventure to tickle your senses. In terms of your holiday experience this is a “high density” trip. In order to maximize your experience we will spend lesser time in getting to and away from the various places on the trip. We have taken utmost care in order to design this trip and activities that showcase these amazing aspects of the region. We know that your time is valuable and this trip means a lot to you and our trip design is a testimony to that. |
